Cost: £5 - Pay As You Go (including a loyalty card = FREE class after attending 10) - No Membership Fee
You'll need: Trainers, a Drink, small Towel & weights if you have them (or bring a spare bottle of water)
Start with a warm-up, to up pulse rates & muscles ready for exercise, then do a slightly faster set of moves to help tone, burn calories & achieve that all over body fitness, with an extra boost on problem areas; bums, thighs & abs, then some Zumba Fitness and a relaxing cool-down to finish.
Note: No matter a persons shape / size, we are all at varied fitness levels, so I teach easier & harder options for all. Jumping is kept to a minimum with a choice to step through if preferred. No one will judge you, we're all in it together! It's FUN & ANTI-AGEING! COME & JOIN US!
Regular exercise will help you improve your internal body, strengthening ligaments, joints & tendons, make your heart & lungs larger, helping to reduce risk of heart disease, bone disorders & injuries.
