Come join my class! It's a great mix of easy to follow Aerobic's, Bums, Legs & Tums with some ZUMBA Fitness, (Latin inspired exercise that's fun & I keep it simple) along with some inspiring music!
Bring a friend or you just come - loads do, as it's really friendly.

At:PEPPERCORNS 3 Orchard St, Dartford, DA1 2DF. If you park opposite Air/Breathe, it's top right corner of car park, big white building - round side of that - press entry buzzer, studio upstairs -  (or park free in Prospect Place & walk across)
Cost: £5 - Pay As You Go - No membership fee (including a loyalty card = FREE class after attending 10)

You'll need: Trainers, a Drink & Towel 

The Class:
Start with a warm-up, to up pulse rates & muscles ready for exercise, we then do a slightly faster set of moves to help tone, burn calories & achieve that all over body fitness, with an extra boost on problem areas; bums, thighs & abs, then some Zumba Fitness and a relaxing cool-down to finish.
Note: No matter a persons shape / size, we are all at varied fitness levels, so I teach easier & harder options for all. Jumping is kept to a minimum with a choice to step through if you prefer. No one will judge you, we're all in it together!     
Regular exercise will help you improve your internal body, strengthening ligaments, joints & tendons, make your heart & lungs larger, helping to reduce risk of heart disease, bone disorders & injuries.  
You will not only feel fitter, have more energy, tone your figure & improve posture, you'll feel more positive/confident because of it!
